Most organizations treat sustainability as a checkbox—compliance, branding, or a line item in the annual report. At Fifth Element, we treat it as architecture.
Sustainability isn’t a feature. It’s a foundational principle that must be embedded into how decisions are made, how teams operate, and how value is defined.
From Strategy to Stewardship
My work in environmental strategy began at Accenture, where I led sustainability prioritization and annual planning across global teams. That experience now informs a co-creative method for helping organizations align their business models with ecological integrity, operational resilience, and long-term viability.
This isn’t about optics. It’s about accountability.
We Ask Harder Questions
• What are we building—and at what cost to the systems we depend on?
• Where are we extracting—time, energy, resources—and calling it growth?
• How do we design for durability, not just scale?
These questions aren’t rhetorical. They’re operational.
Our Clients
We work with founder-led teams, mission-driven organizations, and values-aligned businesses ready to move beyond performative sustainability and build systems that hold.
Together, we integrate sustainability into:
• Strategic planning and prioritization
• Business model design and revenue alignment
• Internal operations and energy/resource flows
• Culture, leadership, and decision-making frameworks
If your organization is ready to exit extractive cycles and build something that reflects your values, protects your people, and honors the ecosystems you depend on—this is the work.
