This is not just another career course or coaching group. It is a monthly calibration space for people navigating change with clarity, somatic intelligence, and collective support. The Clarity Circle offers structure, coaching, peer connection, and a justice‑centered loyalty system that makes care visible and valued.

  • Group Coaching Call: A live 90‑minute session focused on career clarity, strategic design, and somatic pacing.  

  • Guided Career Activity: A structured exercise to support your efforts in designing your future.  

  • Career Clarity Forum: An online group for peer support, resource sharing, and coordination.  

  • Full Curriculum Access: Complete access to the Fifth Element career curriculum, designed to help you rebuild with clarity and values alignment.  

  • Loyalty Program Integration: Earn points when you request support and confirm it’s been completed; gain visibility when you are helpful through testimonials, badges, and spotlights.

How Our Clarity Circle Support System Works
 

  • Ask for Help → Earn Points: When you request support and confirm it’s been completed, points are awarded to you. Points are only granted when the receiver validates the act, ensuring authenticity and fairness.  

  • Be Helpful → Gain Visibility: When you support another member’s commitment, you don’t earn points — instead, you gain recognition. Your contributions are highlighted through peer testimonials, profile badges, and spotlights that showcase your impact.  

  • Referrals → Shared Rewards: Bring a friend into the Circle and both of you receive 500 points.  
     

This system ensures care is honored, not commodified, and recognition flows directly from those impacted.
