Facilitator Opportunity
Fifth Element Facilitator Certification Program
Fifth Element is preparing to launch a Facilitator Certification Program designed to expand our justice‑centered coaching infrastructure. This program will train and certify individuals to guide Circles using the Fifth Element methodology.
Facilitators are not coaches. Their role is to hold space and guide participants through structured Circle meeting agendas. Coaching is provided separately by certified coaches.
Facilitators are responsible for holding meetings in their local area, recruiting new members, and maintaining their membership base in order to be compensated for holding meetings. This ensures each Circle is rooted in its local community while still connected to the larger Fifth Element ecosystem.
Certified facilitators are independent contractors who hold meetings both locally and online. All tools, payment collection, and administrative infrastructure are facilitated by Fifth Element, allowing facilitators to focus on care, delivery, and community building.
Recruitment is not yet open. We are capturing interest now to identify potential facilitators early, build a list of those aligned with our values, and share updates as the certification program develops.
If you are curious about becoming a certified facilitator in the future:
-

-
Share your background and why this work resonates with you

We are looking for facilitators who are experienced in the Fifth Element methodology by being a member, believe in collective liberation and justice‑centered practice, value care, repair, and sustainability.
