Cancellation Policy

We value time.

Healthy boundaries around cancellations protect the integrity of the work, the energy of the practitioner, and the commitment of the client. Each session requires preparation, presence, and containment—whether physical or energetic—and last-minute changes disrupt that structure. By honoring clear cancellation policies, we reinforce mutual respect, ensure availability for those who are ready to engage, and maintain a practice built on clarity, accountability, and trust. This isn’t about punishment—it’s about preserving the conditions that make deep, effective work possible.
 

To maintain fairness and uphold the integrity of this practice, the following policies apply to all scheduled services:

Notice Requirements
  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment.  

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.  

  • No-shows are treated as cancellations and are non-refundable.

 

Deposits & Payment Terms
  • Services require a non-refundable deposit to secure a booking.  

  • Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged in writing.

Exceptions
  • In cases of medical emergency or unforeseen health-related issues, accommodations may be made at the practitioner’s discretion.  

  • If you are unwell, please do not attend in person—contact the office to discuss options.  

  • Repeated short-notice cancellations may result in restricted access to future bookings.

 

Session Timing
  • Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.  

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without fee adjustment.

 

Practitioner Rights
  • The practitioner reserves the right to reschedule or decline services if the session environment or energetic conditions are not conducive to safe, effective work.
