Refund Policy
Fifth Element coaching, consulting, and hypnotherapy services are delivered with strategic precision and customized care. Refunds are not provided for services already paid, as sessions are customized for each client's goals, history, and capacity upon booking and payment.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session will be charged in full. Exceptions may be made for medical emergencies or acute crises at the discretion of the practitioner.
Prepaid Packages and Memberships
Refunds for unused sessions within prepaid packages or memberships are considered on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is granted, used sessions will be recalculated at the full single-session rate before any remaining balance is returned.
Digital Products and Recorded Sessions
All digital products, recorded webinars, and hypnotherapy downloads are non-refundable once delivered.
Client Responsibility
Fifth Element services require active participation, readiness, and follow-through. Results depend on client engagement, and no guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes. Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with progress or personal readiness.
Dispute Resolution
If a client believes a refund is warranted due to service disruption or ethical concern, they may submit a written request within 7 days of the session. Requests will be reviewed with integrity and responded to within 5 business days.
