Confidentiality & Trust Policy

Our Circles are built on confidentiality, respect, and justice

The Circles are coaching memberships designed as ecosystems of support. To protect the integrity of the space, all members commit to the following:
 

  • Confidentiality: Personal stories, challenges, and commitments shared in the Circle remain private unless explicit consent is given.

  • Respect: Members honor each other’s choices and perspectives without judgment or pressure to conform.

  • No Unpaid Labor: Administrative and facilitation roles are compensated; members are never asked to volunteer hidden work.

  • Support: Asking for help earns points and makes care visible; offering help builds recognition through testimonials and spotlights.

  • Justice Lens: The Circles reject extractive practices such as pitch culture, forced referrals, or attendance tracking. Relationships and referrals emerge organically through demonstrated care.
     

By joining, members pledge to uphold confidentiality, respect, and justice‑centered participation. Breaches of trust may result in removal to protect the community.
