Bodywork at Fifth Element Coaching is therapeutic, consent‑based, and focused on supporting nervous system regulation and functional ease. This is not spa or relaxation massage. Every session is designed to address chronic tension and structural imbalance with precision and care.

Dene has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2002, practicing massage for most of her life. She has completed advanced training and authored a book about her career called Building an Amazing Career. Her specialization is in the treatment of neck and shoulder conditions, integrating advanced techniques to restore balance and movement.
