Bodywork as strategic care: 20+ years of therapeutic precision

I’ve spent over two decades inside the practice rooms, research clinics, and wellness cooperatives where real healing happens.

My work as a licensed massage therapist (LMT) has never been about pampering. I specialize in injury recovery, chronic pain management, and nervous system recalibration. Strategic care for bodies that have been through too much.

From founding NW Pain Relief in Seattle to serving as a research interventionist for the NIH-funded DREAM study on chronic neck pain, my focus has always been clinical outcomes and client-centered care. I’ve led teams, scaled clinics, taught business development to massage students, and written about sustainable career strategy for health professionals. But the work itself—the hands-on, moment-to-moment recalibration of tissue, breath, and nervous system—is where I’ve built my reputation.

My modalities include deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, structural integration, and manual lymphatic drainage. I’ve treated whiplash, frozen shoulder, post-surgical recovery, oncology patients, and geriatric populations. I’ve also integrated energy work—Reiki, chakra balancing, hypnotherapy—when the body signals that deeper recalibration is needed.

What sets my practice apart is strategic clarity. Every session is customized. Every treatment plan is built around the client’s goals, patterns, and capacity.

Whether I’m working with a high-performing founder, a trauma survivor, or someone rebuilding after injury, the goal is the same: restore function, protect energy, and build resilience.
