About Fifth Element
Fifth Element Coaching was founded on a simple belief: that sustainable change — in relationships, careers, organizations, and communities — requires both strategic clarity and genuine human connection.
Dene Hager, MBA, PMP and Lindsey Giblin, MSW bring complementary expertise across coaching, sustainability, systems transformation, publishing, and the arts to create a practice that meets clients where they are and helps them build what's next.
Dene Hager, MBA, PMP is a certified coach, certified hypnotherapist, and enterprise sustainability leader with 20+ years of experience at organizations including Accenture and Microsoft.
