Program Leadership and Facilitation
Programs stay on track when roles, decisions, and reporting are clear. We set up and run program management offices, build governance and status reporting, and lead the planning sessions and workshops that move a group from discussion to decision. We can launch a new initiative, steady one that has stalled, or train your staff to run it themselves.

Data, Dashboards, and Performance Measurement
Leaders need numbers they can trust and read at a glance. We define the measures that matter, build Power BI dashboards, and set up the reporting routines that keep them current. We also design program evaluations that include the people a program serves, so results show what is working and for whom.

Sustainability and Resilience Planning
Sustainability goals only matter if someone can meet them and report on them. We help towns, agencies, and businesses measure where they stand, set targets, and build plans with clear owners, timelines, and measures. Our work connects climate and sustainability goals to the budgets, staff, and reporting systems that already exist.
