Lindsey Giblin, MSW
Homeless Services & Housing Data Specialist
Lindsey Giblin, MSW brings more than 20 years of experience at the intersection of human services and data systems to her independent consulting practice, where she helps nonprofits achieve success through data clarity. Lindsey partners with community organizations, funders, and service providers to translate operational data into practical analytics and persuasive, fundable narratives that improve program performance and client outcomes.
Her core expertise includes HMIS systems, HUD and CoC compliance, program evaluation, dashboard design, and coordinated entry optimization. Lindsey designs measurement frameworks, builds dashboards that drive action, and advises teams on using data to strengthen programs, meet compliance requirements, and tell compelling impact stories.
She focuses on delivering clear, usable insights that support better decisions, stronger funding proposals, and measurable progress toward ending homelessness.

Dene Hager, MBA, PMP
Data Governance & Program Management
Dene Hager brings more than 20 years of enterprise data governance, program management, and operational transformation experience to her consulting practice, helping organizations build the data infrastructure and reporting systems they need to make confident, strategic decisions.
At Accenture, Dene directed data governance frameworks and analytics operations across 120 countries and 770,000+ employees, building the standards, controls, and reporting infrastructure that enabled board-level decision-making at global scale. Her work included AI product pipeline ownership, Power BI dashboard development, and executive reporting presented at the United Nations General Assembly. At Microsoft, she managed cross-regional programs serving 1.6 billion students across 112 countries during COVID-19, delivering data systems that supported one of the largest education continuity efforts in history.
Her core expertise includes data governance design, enterprise analytics platforms, cross-functional program management, executive reporting, and building the operational structures that allow data programs to scale reliably. Dene specializes in translating complex data environments into clear frameworks that non-technical leaders can act on — and in building the governance and accountability structures that make those frameworks last.
She holds an MBA in Leadership & Sustainability, a Post-Graduate Certificate in Sustainable Business Strategy from Harvard Business School Online, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
