Integration and Closure: A Trance Practice for Metabolizing the Year and Releasing What’s Complete

This session supports the natural processes of ending, integrating, and letting go. Guided trance work facilitates reflection without judgment, the gathering of what was useful, the release of what is finished, and the creation of internal space for what comes next.  

The emphasis is on gentle closure, emotional digestion, and clarity. No sharing is required.
